Mishell Livio

Mishell Livio is the creator and executive director of the Hispanic ensemble, Generation LatinX. Her whimsical love affair with the stage began at the mere age of one when she debuted with her father’s mariachi band. She danced, pranced, acted a fool, and was thrown out of many a church musical in primary school. While moonlighting as an actress for both tube and screen she worked in the modeling industry, but concluded that she enjoyed the taste of food far more than exquisite gowns. A heart’s skip and her body leapt into improvisation and comedy whilst standing up. Her voice has awakened the ears of many on the radio airwaves in Arizona, Utah, and currently on Chicago’s 101.1 WKQX-FM. Mishell performs at ComedySportz, iO Chicago, Second City Theatricals, Laugh Out Loud, and now with the stellar cast of Improvised Jane Austen. More info on: MishellLivio.com
